Community Foundations in Slovakia

Abstract

Pokúšame sa opísať činnosť komunitných nadácií na Slovensku a zdôvodniť ich význam pre fundraisingovú prax v oblasti kultúry. Komunitné nadácie boli, sú a budú neodmysliteľnou súčasťou života lokálnych komunít na celom svete. Naším cieľom  je okrem zdôrazniť potrebu zaoberať sa rolami a funkciami komunitných nadácií v oveľa vyššej miere. Ďalej sa venujeme vybranému nástroju komunitných nadácií (designácia 2% daní z príjmu), ktorý je v slovenských legislatívnych i spoločenských podmienkach bohato využívaný. Tento nástroj však ostáva predmetom odbornej diskusie a budú zrejme potrebné viaceré opatrenia, kým ho bude možné označiť za transparentný.
